Chamfering/Deburring Cutter from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
- The chamfering cutter is used for chamfering gear edge of automobile and motorcycle reducers.
- After machined with hob or shaper cutter, both edges of the gear are rolled (formed) and chamfered.
- Burrs that occurred in the preceding process are removed at the same time as chamfering.
